They are all different layouts with a range of amenities and power options priced between $1.25 and $2.60 per sq ft. Everything has 24hr access. Email us if you are interested in leasing a space and we will work with you to figure out your needs and add you to our waitlist.
Please note that all our Outpost locations are not long term/permanent studio spaces as they are on our future building sites (8 stories of live work, commercial, and residential spaces), with timelines varying between 2024-2027.

5607/Wildroot Outpost C3: Rent is $275/month plus utilities and studio is approx. 120 sq ft. It is in the long shipping container behind the main house and is insulated with lights, electric and forced ventilation. It is a shared unit with 2 other people, but the space is set up so that moveable walls can be used to create more private spaces or to open up like a gallery if people wanted to collaborate and show art. Factory Building #104: Available in April- 420 sq ft and $840/month plus utilities. (no photos currently)
5300 Outpost #203: Rent is $560/month plus utilities and studio is approx. 285 sq ft. with a sink. See photos below.
5300 Outpost #106: Available in May- Rent is $1,185/month plus utilities and studio is approx. 635 sq ft. See photos below.
5300 Outpost #108: This is about 200 sq ft of open studio space at the entrance of the building that could be a mix of open gallery or workspace. Rent is $200/month plus utilities.

406 Lucile – Available now, as is, for residential or artist studio – this charming house built in 1929 needs a lot of love, but it is available for $1200/month + utilities. It is 3-bedrooms, an attic and basement, washer and dryer, and front & back yards. See photos below.

Artist Residency Space at the 5555 Outpost! (currently full, but please apply to get on the waitlist)
Our Residency goal is to create space for the artists we center, including people who are BIPOC, from historically disenfranchised backgrounds, are being displaced, and/or local to the Duwamish Valley area. Length of times range from 3-6 months with a possibility for extension.
- We do not charge for use of the space including rent, utilities, and wifi
- Dedicated space ranges from 100-200 sqft
- You will have 24 hrs access
- We do require a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time each month which can be done by helping out at events, opening up for our art walks each month, or finding a way to get involved or give back to the community.
- As the available space is in an open/shared area of one of our buildings you must agree to keep the area clean and organized when you are not there.
